Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup room temperature smooth peanut butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 6 dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp chia seeds

- In a large bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, cocoa, honey, vanilla, protein powder (if using) and almond milk. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 6 pieces and roll into balls.
- Top each with a chocolate chip, and sprinkle with chia seeds.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Store in the refrigerator.
