Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup room temperature smooth peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 6 dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, cocoa, honey, vanilla, protein powder (if using) and almond milk. Mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 6 pieces and roll into balls.
  3. Top each with a chocolate chip, and sprinkle with chia seeds.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Store in the refrigerator.
