Valentine heart biscuits

Ingredient A:

250gm butter
100gm caster sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp strawberry essence or paste
bit of red colouring

ingredient B:sift the flour together

350gm flour
20gm custard flour
40gm cornflour
30 gm rice flour
1/8 tsp emplex
for deco:
white cooking chocolate
dessicated coconut
heart candies

How to make Valentine heart biscuits

1. Cream ingredient A till light. Add B and mix to form a soft dough.
2. Roll out on board to 1/4 " and cut with a heart cookie cutter.
3 Place in greased baking tray. Bake in moderate oven at 180 C for 15 to 20 mins. Cool.
4. Dip biscuit with  melted chocolate and sprinkle coconut over top and place the heart candy .
