Spanish omelet

2 eggs-beaten
dash dried parsley
dash pepper
1 potato-shredded
1/4 large french onion-sliced
pinch salt
1/4 piece chicken breast-cut into strip

1 piece cheddar cheese

How to make Spanish omelet

1. Heat 4 tbsp oil, Add chicken and fry 1/2 min. Then add potato and onion. Stir fry till potato is tender.
2. Add dash of pepper.
3. Add pinch of salt to egg and parsley. Then pour over cooked potato.
4. Maintain low heat to cook the omelet. Carefully turn over and cook the other side.
5.Tear the cheese slice and place on the omelet.Fold into half.
6. Serve hot.
