Sesame stick bread with butter fillings

2  1/2 cups plain flour
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1   1/2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp milk powder
2/3 cup warm water

1/2 cup milk powder
1/4 cup butter
1 egg white
1/4 cup fine sugar
1 cup flour

For glaze:
sesame seeds

How to make Sesame stick bread with butter fillings

1. Mix the dough ingredients and knead to a soft non sticky dough. Leave rise for 1 hour.
2. Place dough on floured surface and press down with your fingers or knuckle. Then roll out 1/2 inch thickness.
3. Mix the filling and form a soft dough. Divide into 3 parts. roll each part into a sausage same length with your dough. place the 3 sausage dough on the yeast dough taking half of the space only,  giving 1 inch apart. Fold the one side of the yeast dough to cover the sausage dough.. Press down to secure.
4. Cut into 3 inches length. leave to rise for 1 hour.
5. Spray the surface with water just to moisten and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Spray again.
6. Bake in preheated oven at 220 C for 20 mins.
7. Brush top with butter. Serve warm.
