Nestum biscuits with lemon icing

3 cups flour
2 cups nestum Cereal or cornflakes - grinded finely

3/4 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg

For icing:
1 tbsp lemon
1 cup icing sugar

coloured beads for deco

How to make Nestum biscuits with lemon icing

1. Cream butter,sugar,vanilla and egg till light
2. add in flour and nestum , combine well to form a soft dough.
3. Roll out in 2 sheet of plastic paper. Using a small doughnut cutter , cut cookies and arrange

onto a greased tray.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 15 mins. Cool.
5. Mix lemon with icing to get a sticky paste. Spread on cooled cookies and sprinkle with

coloured beads.
6. let it dry and store in air tight container.
