4 cups flour
1 tbsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp milk powder
1 cup warm water

For filling :

Kaya- ( is an egg jam ) sold in supermarket


How to make kaya buns

1.Mix altogether to form a soft non sticky dough.leave rise for an hour.
2.Punch down dough and knead to form about 10 smaller balls.
3.Fill each ball with kaya and seal. let rise again till double. Sprinkle with little water before baking.
4.Bake in preheated oven (250C) for 20 mins. Brush top with butter.
5. Reheat in Micro-oven for freshness before eating.
