1 cup rice- washed clean
1 seabass  fish- cleaned
1 cup shelled prawns-chopped roughly
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp chopped parsley
salt and pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sesame oil

How to make fish and prawn porridge

1. Heat the oil and saute the chopped ingredients.
2. In the cooker add rice and saute ingredients. Add water 2/3 full of the pot.
3. Let it boil till soft.
Steam the fish and remove the bone. Add the fish  and prawns and leave simmer for another 15 mins. Season  with remain ingredients. Serve hot.
