Chocolate tart

120gm butter
60 gm icing sugar
1 egg
230gm flour
40gm milk powder

For filling:
250gm dark cooking chocolate
250gm whipped cream

50gm butter
1/2 tsp instant coffee

For deco- white cooking chocolate

How to make Chocolate tart

1 Cream butter and icing till light. Add egg and whisk again.
2. Add flour and milk and knead to a soft dough.
3. Press pastry into a tart case. Trim excess edges.
4. Bake blind in moderate oven at 180 C for 18 to 20 mins. Cool.
5.For filling- Melt chocolate and cream in a double boiler. Remove from heat and add butter and instant coffee. Stir till smooth.
6. Put in piping bag and pipe  into tart case. Place a broken piece of white chocolate on top for deco. Chill.

To make the broken chocolate , melt it and pour over tray, making a thin layer. When it cools, just break it in few pieces.
