1 Chinese radish-shredded finely
1 red carrot- shredded finely
1 cucumber-peeled-shredded finely
200gm prawns-shelled and cooked
1/2 cup plum sauce
1/2 lemon-extract juice
1 tbsp dried prawns floss
sesame seeds

How to make Chinese Salad

1. Mix the sauce and juice together. Arrange shredded vegetables on serving plate. Place cooked prawns on top .
2. When ready to serve, pour sauce over , sprinkle sesame seeds for garnish.

In addition you can also add omelet, shredded. raw salmon pieces and oyster
