1 breast meat, minced
1 large french onion-chopped
2 potatoes-cube , boil to soften
1 cup frozen mixed vegetable
1/2 cup water chestnut-boil to soften -chopped
1/2 cup chicken stock mixed with 1 tbsp cornflour
salt and pepper
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms

For pastry:
dough A;
300gm flour
150gm shortening
pinch salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 -2 tbsp water

Dough B: mix
150gm flour
60gm butter

How to make Chicken parcel

1. Mix dough A to a soft dough . leave for 1 hour.
2. Wrap dough B into dough A. Roll and repeat 3 or 4 times. Cover and leave rest.
3. For the filling: saute 1 tbsp butter and saute chopped onion till aroma.Add meat. Then rest of the ingredients.
4. Mix well.
5. Roll out dough and cut round shape , place in filling and plait the top like a parcel. You can tied with a Chef string which used to tied the turkey or meat while baking.
6. brush with egg wash. Bake in preheated oven (220 C) for 40 mins.
Serve hot.
