2 large fuji apple, peel, grated.
3 cups flour
2 tbsp milk powder
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
1/2 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar

for topping:
2 tbsp evaporated milk
2 tbsp granulated sugar

How to make Apple shortcake

1. Mix all the dry ingredients and then add butter. crumble to mix.
2. Add apples and egg.
3.Spread over greased baking dish.Brush top with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 200 C and forĀ  45 mins. or till golden.
