1 quince per 1 person

1 tablespoon of sugar per 1 quince

Clotted cream or ice cream


How to make Quince Desert

Clean the quinces and remove the seeds. Cook them in a wide pan with little water. Put some seeds to the water in order to colour them. Put sugar on top of the quinces and close the lid.  Cook them until the quinces soften and their colour turn to pink. Put them on a tray and put it in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. When service time, put some clotted cream or ice cream on top of the quinces. Bon appetite :)
