Chicken Pancit Canton


  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 1/2 kilo dry canton noodles (egg noodles)
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • carrots & red bell pepper julienned
  • cabbage shredded
  • black pepper to taste

How to make Chicken Pancit Canton

  1. Heat some oil in a wok and saute garlic and onions. Add in shredded chicken meat and mix.
  2. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper. Pour in stock and boil over high heat.
  3. When it starts to boil add in the dried egg noodles. Lower the heat and let simmer until noodles get tender and cooked. Depending on your noodle brand just eyeball if it would need some more stock or not to cook. Adjust seasoning to your taste if it needs some more.
  4. Add in the veggies allowing the heat of the noodles to cook them till their just a bit wilted yet still kinda crunchy. Serve and enjoy!
