Muffin Cappuccino



¼ cup espresso coffee powder instantaneus

1 spoon boiling water 

2 ½ cups all purpose flour

2 teaspoon yeast

½ cup sugar

2 eggs

1 ½ cup  light yougurt

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

150 g melted butter

100 g  little pieces of white chocolate

30 g di more butter

3 spoon cane sugar


How to make Muffin Cappuccino

Melt coffee with boiling water and let cool down.  Bet eggs with sugar and then add all other ingredients, pay attetion to add sift yeast and finally the coffee. Put in the oven 200° C for 25-30 min.
