  • cucumber
  • cooked seafood like king prawns, shrimps, mussels, crab sticks, octopus etc.
  • vinegar

  • parsley

How to make Salpicón de Marisco (Seafood Salad)

The ingredients and quantities for this Spanish tapa dish can vary quite a lot, so I don´t give you the quantities or measurements. Do it as you wish.

  1. Chop the pepper, cucumber and onion in small pieces
  2. cut up if necessary the crab sticks, octopus etc.
  3. add the seafood to the vegetable mixture
  4. dress with vinegar and oil
  5. season with salt and pepper
  6. sprinkle some parsley on top
  7. serve cold
