How to make Spaghetti with Sausage & Basil-Garlic Sauce

This recipe is so easy I'm embarassed to put it up. But for my own recording purpose, here it is:

This is more like a i-am-hungry-give-me-food-now-i-don't-have-time recipe which I put together with the leftover food in the fridge. Super easy and with basil-garlic as the base, you can basically substitute any pasta or meat to suit your taste.

The amount of ingredients listed is not fixed (just how I like it). So feel free to change it according to your taste.

  1. Boil a pot of water for your pasta while you mince the garlic and slice up the sausage.

  2. Throw in pasta once water is boiled. Keep watch of the time according to the package on your pasta. I like mine al dente.

  3. Heat up saucepan with a dash of oil and stir-fry the basil paste, minced garlic and sliced sausages. You don't need to overcook them, just warm them up and so that the oil from the sausage comes out too. That's yummy. Remove from heat.

  4. Once pasta is ready, heat up the saucepan again and mix it in. Add some pasta water too if it's too dry.

  5. Serve with Parmesan cheese gratings and freshly ground black pepper.
