Creme Bruleé


Crème Bruleé

(For 2 people)

250 mls of cream of fresh milk

¼ of cup of tea sugar and three full Tblspoons

1 vanilla bean

3 eggs yolk

How to make Creme Bruleé

Heat the fresh cream with sugar in low temperature, retire of the fire and add the yolks beating vigorously, take again to the fire in low temperature, when this but thick retire to strain and put in small bowls. Then take them to the oven in bain marie for approximately 20 /25 minutes. To allow to cool and to place sugar granulated for up with a torch to make melt the sugar. Serve immediately.
