How to make Brussel Sprouts Made Tasty

How to make:

  1. Heat duck fat in a medium saucepan over medium high heat.  Once hot, add brussels sprouts.
  2. Stir brussel sprouts to coat in fat.  Continue to stir to keep from burning.
  3. Once edges start to brown, stir in dried cranberries and nuts.
  4. Stir again to thoroughly coat contents of pan.  Brussels sprouts should have brown spots, in places, but be bright green and still crunchy.
  5. Sprinkle with kosher salt.
  6. Serve while warm.
