Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen Tortellini (4 cheese)
- 2 small persian cucumber (slices)
- 1/2 red onion ( thin slices)
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
Instructions
- Boiled tortellini till cook, drain
- In a large bowl, mix tortellini , cucumber, onion and rice vinegar
- Set a side, put it in refrigerator for 1/2 hours
- serve cold
