Ingredients
- 500 gr Salmon Fillet
- Arugula
- Olive Oil 0.3
- Pepper (veg)
- Soy Sauce
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Lettuce
- Bean Sprouts
Instructions
- Oil the pan with Olive Oil 0.3 wait till it gets hot
- Add the sliced peppers and bean sprouts mix till they get fried
- Add the cubed salmon and cook gently on low fire
- Drop some Soy Sauce
- Serve on Lettuce and Arugula with Cherry Tomatoes and fresh Bean Sprouts
