What is matcha and where do you find it? I've seen it around so many coffee shops these days. Is it green tea? Thanks, these look delicious by the way

Matcha (抹茶) is a variety of fine, powdered green tea used particularly in the Japanese tea ceremony, as well as to flavour and dye foods. You could buy it in japanese grocer's, tea shop or in internet shop. Thanks for your comment.
