Ingredients
  • 1/2 16 oz bottle Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 16 oz package rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and add pasta.
  2. Cook for about 12 minutes until al dente.
  3. Drain the pasta and dish out in a serving bowl.
  4. Add cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions and Italian dressing to the bowl and toss well.
  5. Mix the Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl and combine with the salad.
  6. Cover and refrigerate to chill before serving.
