Molten chocolate cakes
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 150g dark chocolate
- 175g butter
- 90g cake flour
- 110g sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 200°C.
- Melt chocolate and butter. Leave aside.
- Beat eggs and sugar until creamy.
- Add sifted flour, mix well.
- Add melted chocolate mixture
- Pour in greased mini muffins pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 12-15 min.
- Leave to cool in pan before removing.
