- 4 nos prawn - 30gm smoked chicken cocktail sausage - 1 pkt seaweed - 30gm enoki mushroom - 30gm oysterm mushroom - 2 pkt miso paste - 1 pkt udon noodle - 1 no egg

1. boil the water, put udon noodle cook till soft, set aside 2. boil the water, put prawns, mushrooms, miso paste, sausage. 3. add on egg 4. pour the soup onto udon noodle, add on seaweed
