Ingredients
1 1/2lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 clove chopped garlic
2 eggs
1 cup crushed saltines or bread crumbs
ketchup for topping
dash of seasonings:
seasoned salt
marjoram
oregano
chives
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together (except for ketchup) in bowl w/hands until forms round ball
lightly grease pan
put ingredients in pan
top with ketchup
Bake in oven at 425° for 30-40 minutes or until no longer pink.
