Ingredients

1.1/4 pumpkin

 2.2tbsp soy sauce

3.2tbsp sake

4.1tbsp mirin

5.2tbsp sugar

6. 3/4 cup water

7.vegitable oil

Instructions

1.Cut pumkin bite-sized pieces.

2.fry pumpkin in the pan, and mix 2-6.

3.boil pumpkin until tender.
