CORN BREAD

Ingredients

 

1 cup self-rising corn meal (yellow) 

 cup creamed style corn

4 Tbsp sugar

¾ cup sour cream

¼ cup corn oil

2 eggs

Instructions

 

 

 

In large bowl, mix all ingredients together.  Pour into greased baking pan/dish (8 or 9 inch).  Bake at 400° F for 30 – 40 minutes until brown on top.
