Oil a Wok and add the seeds oil. Heat and add leek and ginger finely minced.Let it brown few minutes.
Add vegetables and mushrooms cutted into strips, add sesame oil and stir well with a wooden spoon.
simmer with medium heat and add 2 cup of mushrooms water.
Bring to a boil 500 ml. of water and add noodles,simmer 4 minutes. Add cooked noodles into the wok and add soy sauce and sesame seeds.heat few minutes.
