Watermelon granita

  • about 5 cups seedless watermelon
  • 1/2c sugar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  1. puree watermelon in blender
  2. stir in sugar and lime juice to puree and stir about 2 minutes to make sure the sugar is dissolved.
  3. pour in a shallow baking dish and freeze. afer 30 minutes, scrape sides with a fork, and put back in freezer. repeat every 30 minutes for about 4 hours.
