Ingredients
- 1 small daikon, peeled and cut into 2cm thick slices
Wasabi dressing:
- 1/2 teaspoon of wasabi
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Instructions
- Steam daikon about 5 minutes.
- Mix dressing ingredients.
- Serve daikon poured with wasabi dressing.
