4 tomatoes
150 gr spanish serrano ham
25 gr onion
15 gr garlic
1 tbl spoon butter
c/s salt
c/s crushed black pepper
1.cook the tomatoes and peel the skin off
2.blend the tomatoes with the onion , garlic & spanish serrano ham
3. stir & frie the blend with the butter
3.serve with some fried spanish serrano ham at the center of the plate and some eneldo leaves to give a colored touch
