Simple miso soup.

  • Miso paste, about 3 tablespoons.
  • Dehydrated seaweed.
  • Green onions.
  • Medium firm smooth tofu, cut into cubes.
  • Water.
Simple, quick miso soup fix.

  1. Boil water in pot.
  2. Add miso paste in, adjust amount to your liking.
  3. Add dehydrated seaweed.
  4. Add tofu.
  5. Bring to a nice simmer.
  6. Add green onions and eat.
