Ingredients
- 1/2 pack sphagetti
- 1/4 lbs shrimp (shelled,cut half)
- carrot (cut sticks)
- soy sauce
- kecap manis ( sweet dark sauce)
- salt
- white pepper
- garlic (mashed)
- oil
Instructions
- heat pan with oil, add garlic,shrimp stir till cooked
- add carrots, and sphagetti, mix well
- add soy sauce, kecap manis ( sweet dark sauce), pepper, salt
- add parsley and fried shallot on top
- ready to be serve, add some chili sauce
