shortcut chocolate zuccini cake
Ingredients
1 box duncan hines moist deluxe "butter recipe golden"(my fave)
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 stick of butter(melted) or 4 oz
or you can skip this ingredient and used your own yellow cake batter( can't stop anyone to make this cake)
2/3 cup chocolate chip (any flavour)
1/2 cup melted chocolate(used chocolate chip and melted in the microwave)
1 zuccini grated ( leave the skin)
1 cup chopped walnut( or any other nut you like)Instructions
For someone like me who doesn't know how to bake. Cake mix box is like heaven sent, so i can make make a cake without a hassle, just add a lil love and voila, my husband fave cake he even said it's better than his mom, shhhh don't tell anyone
Preheat oven 350 f or 275 c
grease the pan 13x9 inch with shortening and dust with flour
mix the cake as directed
add melted chocolate mixed well
add zuccini mixed well
add chocolate chip and walnut
pour the mixture in the pan, bake for 25 min
