sesame chicken
Ingredients
- marinade
sesame oil
soy sauce
rice wine
ginger
garlic
flour
cornstarch
some water
- chunks of chicken
- oil for frying
- sauce
chicken broth
vinegar
corn starch
sugar (i used equal..)
soy sauce
sesame oil
water
Instructions
1... marinated the chicken for a while2... mix all the sauce ingredients into a pan and boil
(keep on low while you fry)
3... fry chicken
4... pour sauce over chicken
(i didnt have any sesame but i'm sure it would have been more "sesamey..." with it)
