potatoes & onions

~ potatoes ~ onions ~ abalone sauce ~ butter ~ lea perrin sauce ~ dark soy sauce ~ salt & pepper
~ cut potato into julienne size, blanch it with boiling water, strained the water away, set aside ~ hit the pan, melt the butter, sweat the chopped onions till soft, add on the potatoes ~ stir fried the potatoes till soft, add abalone sauce, lea perrin sauce, dark soy sauce , seasoning with salt & pepper
