How to make Coconut Lime Bisque

Another dish from a tapas party, I served this in shot glasses.
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over low to medium heat until desired temperature and consistancy is achieved.
  3. If desired you can use an immersion blender to smooth out the saffron and minced garlic.
  4. Pour into serving dish and garnish with lime leaf.
Question from the Chef

“Coconut and lime is a combination of flavors that I love. What flavor combinations do you love?”

Wow! Fancy! Sounds delicious! :) One of my faves is really something really sour like limes paired with something really sweet like apples, grapes, or candied nuts.

Sweet and sour is definately a winning combination! I have a particular weakness for Sour Patch Kids!

Sorry - that should be "definitely" not "definately." Reason #6 why you shouldn't post on various websites after drinking 3 Long Island Iced Teas!
