kinpira Gobou(きんぴらごぼう)


1.1/2 Gobou(Burdock)
2.1/4 Carrot
3.2tbsp water
4.1tbsp dashi-soup
5.1tbsp sake
6.1tbsp mirin
7.2tsp sugar
8.2tbsp soy sauce
9. sesame pepper
11.sesami oil

How to make kinpira Gobou(きんぴらごぼう)

1.Shred Gobou(Burdock) and remove harshness by water.
2.shred carrot
3.Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan then stir-fry gobou and carrot.
4.Mix spices(3-7) together in it.
5.before done, mix soy sauce and red pepper
6.Sprinkle sesame.
