Lazy Girl's Strawberry Spinach Salad


  • 3 cups of baby spinach
    - 1 cup of sliced strawberries
    - 1 tbsp of sliced almonds
    - a couple dashes of ground black peppercorns
    - a few dashes of dried parsley
    - a few spritzes of Hellman's Salad Spritzers in RASPBERRY (or you can use any Raspberry or Plum salad dressing).

How to make Lazy Girl's Strawberry Spinach Salad

  1. Mix all but the last ingredient into one bowl.
  2. Spritz on the salad dressing.

    Great picture. It's a simple yet refreshing summer feast~ I love how the almond adds some crunch! Instead of the dried parsley, why not try some fresh ones?? It's all the more refreshing~

    but I agree - needs fresh herbs. I would substitute parsley for mint, too. toast the almonds lightly, mint, strawberries, spinach - that would be delishhhh.

    i think you can toast the almonds, give it some smoky flavor :)
