Egg drop soup


  • 4 cups chicken brooth
  • 1/2 soft tofu (diced)
  • a handfull of frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • salt
  • corn starch


How to make Egg drop soup

  • boiled chicken brooth, add peas and carrots
  • continue stirring when pour in beaten egg, add salt
  • add corn starch mixture, till soup is thick.
  • last add soft tofu, let it simmer
  • ready to be serve
