  • 1/2 lbs frozen squid ( cut half)
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • chili sauce ( sriracha)
  • water
  • oil
  • garlic



How to make Bloody squid

  • Heat pan with oil, add garlic and squid
  • Stir till simmer add tomato sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and water
  • toss a while till cooked, add some chili sauce
  • ready to be serve

    I really wish you would take my advice on naming this dish! I really think the name "Death by Apoptosis" is sooo much better! I mean... look at those little squid tentacles. This is one of the best dishes you have ever made! Mwaaaah
