Thai mango with glutinous rice

250gm glutinous rice-soaked 2 hours
1 tsp salt
1-1/2 cup coconut milk
2 pandanus leaves

1 mango- per serving-sliced

For sauce:
3 tbsp thick coconut milk-warm in micro-oven
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
pinch salt

How to make Thai mango with glutinous rice

1, Heat a steamer . Add glutinous rice, salt, coconut milk and pandanus leaves in a oven-proof dish.
2. Steam for 2 hours till cooked.
3. Mix the thick coconut milk with salt and sugar. This is for sauce.
4. In a serving plate, arrange the slice mango, top with glutinous rice and pour sauce over the rice.
5. serve.
