Sweet potato doughnut

3 cups mashed  cooked sweet potato
1 cup flour
pinch salt

For coating:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water

How to make Sweet potato doughnut

1. Mix the sweet potato with flour and salt well. With flour in your hand, roll into smaller balls .size of ping-pong ball.
2. Shape into a doughnut . Drop into heated oil and deep frying over low heat till golden.
3. Drain well. In a pan heat sugar and water, stirring till bubbles , enough thickness , then mix in the cooked doughnuts , coating evenly with the syrup.
4. When cool. it will turn white but not sticky.
