Strawberry muffins

150gm sugar
2 eggs
1 yolk
150gm butter, melted
100ml fresh milk

275gm flour
25gm cornflour
1  1/2 baking powder
1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda

For filling - strawberry jam

How to make Strawberry muffins

1. Sift all the flours and rising agent.
2. Melt the butter and add milk. Beat egg and sugar till dissolved.
3. Add liquid mixture to flour mixture. Blend well.
4. Pour batter in cup cake tin with paper, half filled, drop about 1 tsp strawberry jam. Top up balance of batter to cover jam.
5. Bake in preheated oven (200 C) for 30 mins.
6. serve warm.

you can use any jam your desire. if the jam is too watery , cook a bit longer till thicken.
