Steam swirl red bean (tausa) bun

4 cups flour
1 tbsp yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter-melted
1/2 cup milk powder
1 cup warm water

Filling :
red bean paste
sesame seeds

How to make Steam swirl red bean (tausa) bun

1. Mix the ingredients and knead to a soft non sticky dough. leave to rise double.
2. Lay dough on floured board and cut into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a 20 inches long.
3. Curl the dough and place a teaspoon of red bean paste -(shaping like an egg ) in the center. Swirl the dough right to the top. Place on a greased proof paper and in a muffin tin. let rise.
4. Sprinkle with a little water and sesame seeds . Steam at high heat for 10 to 15 mins.
5 . Serve warm.
