Spicy Satay

1 breast meat-sliced
3 sets of chicken heart,liver and giblet
20 pieces shelled prawns
1  1/2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilly powder
salt1 lemon grass , crushed
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger

How to make Spicy Satay

1. Marinate all the ingredients with the meat. leave for an hour.
2.Put through a skewer  and lay crushed lemon grass on top of meat.  BBQ in oven (250 C) for 20 mins to 30 mins. Serve .
