4 potatoes-skin and cube into cubes
2 sprig curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
1tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp salt
oil for frying

How to make Spicy Indian fried potato

1. Soak potatoes in cold water while cutting, Then dry with towel. Deep fry till golden and cooked.
2. Drain off oil and add remain ingredients and mix well. Serve hot.
