Siamese prawns with asparagus

300gm medium prawns
300gm asparagus- cut 1  1/2 " length - blanch
3 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped red chilly
1 red chilly sliced
1 tbsp belacan granules
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp assam jawa-(tamarind)+ 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp sugar

How to make Siamese prawns with asparagus

1. Shelled the prawns. Heat the oil and saute the chopped ingredients and chilly. Add belacan and prawns and asparagus. 
2. Add tamarind juice. and extra water if necessary.Stir fry till prawns turn red and cook.
3 season to taste.
