Potato Meat patties

2 large potatoes- cut into match stick - boil to soften
450 gm mixed minced meat,( beef, chicken or pork)
1 tsp black pepper
1 egg
1/2 red onion- saute in oil to soften.


How to make Potato Meat patties

1. Mix altogether except the cheese. Form into balls as big as a tennis ball.
2. Flatten it to 1 cm thick. Place on a greased tray.
3. Bake in the oven (250 C) for 30 mins or you can BBQ on charcoal. Top with cheese if desire.
